One of my favorite things about intimate couple’s shoots is that it’s actually not about posing at all. My goal is to give you both structure and freedom so you’re not left hanging but that you still have the ability to move with your own relationship energy within that space. You already have an energetic connection and a way of moving together so we’ll create scenarios where you can inhabit and move WITH that energy. We’ll sit down and chat about how you met, what you love about your relationship, and your vision and comfort levels for the day. I’ll lead you through a guided mediation to drop into your bodies and connections. From there I’ll give you fun, playful and sensual exercises to do. I’m here to witness and honor you. With that being said, I promise not to leave you hanging. I will give you as much specific direction as you’d like and will lead you to all of the juiciest lighting for great photos.

Please bring as many loves as you want! Intimate portrait sessions are for polyamorous folks too. I don’t have limits to how many people are involved in the sessions and the prices remain the same.

Absolutely! I’m an open book and have a background as a sex educator so please don’t feel embarrassed to ask me any questions. I’ll always answer with non judgement, honesty and compassion.

I will never share your photos online unless you give me specific permission to. Consent is key here. After your session, I’ll send you a digital gallery with your photos. You’re the only one with access to it. Following that you’ll receive a link to mark any photos you feel comfortable with me sharing. There is zero pressure to any of them. Some folks let me know I can share anything from the gallery, some mark specific photos and some don’t choose any at all. If you do choose for me to share, I always keep you and your partner(s) anonymous unless you specifically tell me you’d like me to tag you or share your story.

Anything that makes you feel good! Folks have brought in undies/lingerie, robes, sweatpants, their favorite dressy clothes, sweaters, jean and t-shirts or decide to be in the buff. There are no rules other than listen to yourselves and do what feels good.

Nudity is absolutely welcome and also not required at all. Sexy is an energy, not an outfit. Some of the hottest sessions I’ve seen have been fully clothed. We only pick outfits and body positioning based on what feels most comfortable and in alignment for you. We’ll discuss boundaries and consent beforehand, but I will never prompt you to take your clothing off. If you express interest in nudity, I will offer time at the end of your session to choose that or continue the session in whatever you’re wearing. You are also welcome to disrobe on your own at any point.

Many of my clients love to have privacy and the comfort of a bed so lots of sessions happen in rented studios, houses or bedrooms in Seattle. (I have lots of suggestions in different price ranges) I've also done sessions in the middle of a lakes and ocean, on rooftops, in cenotes, and the jungle. If you have a dream vibe, ie- epic bathtub, place to stargaze- let me know and we can brainstorm together. I travel constantly, so if you’re based somewhere else or want to fly somewhere together, let’s make it happen.

I edit mostly for lighting, color, and tone. I also remove distracting elements from your photos as well as bug bites, pimples and bruises. I don’t Photoshop to alter or change body shapes. If there is anything you want me to be mindful of accentuating or minimizing during your session that would feel affirming to you, let me know before hand and I’ll use that to inform posing suggestions and my angles.
